I use the Weekly Meal Plans to prepare for grocery shopping (no more wandering around the alleys picking the wrong kind of foods!). I find it’s incredibly important to know you’re in control of what you’re eating and helps me stick 100% to plan.
I leave plenty of Syns free to allow for unplanned meals, mis-calculations and the occasional treat. In my experience, using up most of the 105 Syns allowed per week, ends up on a great weight loss.
