Hi! I’m Andrea and this is my Slimming World journey.

After 8 months following the Slimming World plan, I’ve finally cracked it: planning is the way to go. Easier said than done, I know.

Planning every single meal on a weekly basis helps me keep on track and more importantly; in control. So I’m sharing my weekly meal plans. hopefully, fellow slimmers (and myself) can refer to them for inspiration rather than starting every new week from scratch.

I plan my meals around my schedule. Breakfasts and lunches are pretty much office-friendly and easy to cook the night before. I tend to reserve the “complicated” cooking for the weekend and most of my syns are saved up for treats!
