This week is all about … biscuits!

 

I bet you want to know what’s a “guilt-free” guilty treat… First, we must start with the biscuits!

Did you know Oreos were dairy free?? I certainly didn’t! (this only applies to the biscuits though – trust me, I checked the ice cream!) These little thin fellas are only 1.5 syn each and make an excellent quick sweet fix.

So, how does an oreo biscuit turn into a “guilt-free” guilty free? How about opening them and filling them with peanut butter?! O.M.G. 1 tsp of reduced fast peanut butter is 1.5 syns… plus the 1.5 syns from the oreo will give a 3 syn treat that will hit all the right buttons!

Go on… we all deserve a treat – that’s what syns are for!
